SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery locations:
  • Stylingstars (hereinafter referred to as "Stylingstars.com" "we" "us" or "our") (through our web portal (http://www.stylingstars.com) (hereinafter referred to as "Site")) ships Product(s) to most locations within India. For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to some locations which are unserviceable. These locations keep on changing and depend on serviceability by our logistics partners.
Stylingstars Stores doesn't deliver items internationally. The Buyer will be able to make purchases on our Site from anywhere in the world, however the delivery address should be in India. Delivery time: All Product(s) purchased on stylingstars.com or any other portal or through voice/mobile /email/sms etc are collectively Stylingstars Stores orders . All orders will be shipped to the Buyer in the fastest time possible.
  • The Product(s) will be shipped to the Buyer within 10 (Ten) working days of placing the order, depending on the availability of the Product with the seller selling the Products (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and serviceability of delivery location. In some cases it may take more than 10 (ten) working days, due to the geographical location of the Buyer.
Delivery Charges:
  • Stylingstars Stores usually provides free delivery on all orders. If any delivery fee is charged from the Buyer this will specifically be indication to the Buyer while the Buyer places the order or later or through any mode of communication. If It was conveyed after placing the order by buyer, the order will be shipped only after receiving written confirmation from buyer.
Cancellation of order
  • Orders once placed cannot be modified, however, the Buyer can cancel an order as per the Cancellation Policy of Stylingstars Stores available on the Site.
Failure to receive order
  • The logistics partner of Stylingstars Stores shall make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Products ordered by the Buyer at the address communicated by it at the time of the placing the order. However, if the Buyer is not able to take delivery of the Product, the same would be returned back to Seller. In the event the Buyer requests Stylingstars to resend the Product(s), the same would be resent only if the Product is available with the Seller. Part Delivery
  • Stylingstars Stores may dispatch the ordered Product(s)in separate parcels and on different dates.
Delivery for Cash on Delivery Orders:
  • All cash on delivery order payments have to be made at the time of order delivery to our logistics partner. The Products would be handed over to the Buyer only after receipt of the payment for the Product(s).
Order Tracking:
  • We will make best efforts to keep the Buyer informed about its order. However, the Buyer can also contact the Buyer care centre of Stylingstars Stores to enquire about status of its order.
